Merlin vid: This Night

Around August last year, my vidding muse decided she needed some time off...and hasn't been seen ever since, I honestly thought her dead... O_O

But hey, about 2 1/2 weeks ago, she popped in again, more fiercely than ever...she wouldn't leave me be, she wouldn't even let me sleep! I could do nothing but to comply (sleep is overrated anyway, isn't it? ^^). So, and this is it...my latest Merlin vid...hope you like it. :o)

WOW! That was fantastic!!!! The way you manipulated those scenes, particularly the one of Merlin revealing himself and Arthur's reaction... wow! It's like that actually happened! Very, very believable AU, and not just because of the scenes, but the story! They were completely in character!
And that's not even mentioning the music choices, which were absolutely SPOT ON!!!!!

Absolutely wonderful! I loved it!!!

It's a bit like writing a fanfic, but much more difficult, I guess, because you have to work with given material...^^

You make me so envious. I want to be able to do stuff like this...of course I've only just started playing with this media, but still. It was just pure epicness and lovely and so...much...angst that I want more more MORE! lols, ranting here. again, it was just awesome, keep making more whenever your lovely muse decided to come by again.

You really don't want to see my first vids...they were atrocious! *lol* IMO with vidding you never stop learning, but you've to start somewhere, right? So, just go for it! :o)

I'm quite anxious about the whole "Arthur finding out" issue, I just hope they'll do it the right way, not sure which scenario I'd prefer, it just has to feel...well, right to me... ;o)

Es war fuer mich auch eher ne neue Erfahrung, mal nen richtigen Plot zu vidden ... *gg* In meinem vorletzten Vid hatte ich zwar sowas schon mal versucht, aber das war ja nur fuer ein paar Sekunden. ;)

Egal, es freut mich auf jeden Fall riesig, dass es dir gefallen hat! *hugs*

Wow--this is going to stay with me for some time. Not only is it a genius technical piece, with brilliant editing, clip selections and gorgeous and haunting music, but the story it tells is epic. It really hit me in the heart. Great job, well done.

Es passt einfach alles sooo perfekt zusammen. Die Musik, die verschiedenen Filmsequenzen und Bilder ... zusammen ergeben sie die perfekte Enthüllungsstory :D:D
Und das Ende ist echt bewegend! "It's lonely, to be more powerful than any man you know and live like a shadow" ... one of the scenes that make me cry in the Series!
